Jaclyn Watson, LMHC, LPC

From working at various treatment centers in the Greater Seattle area to opening her own private practice, Jaclyn has been helping clients make life changes for over a decade. Equipped with advanced training in Lifespan Integration and Intuitive Eating, Jaclyn integrates a range of evidence-based approaches to guide clients through challenges and growth. She pulls from numerous methodologies including DBT, CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy (Lifespan Integration Level 4). Jaclyn offers tailored guidance to individuals seeking resolution in areas such as anxiety, depression, sexual trauma & abuse, spiritual/ritual/cult abuse, dissociative disorders, relationship issues, and navigating life transitions.

Lance Watson, LMHCA

Starting his career in non-profit work and public speaking, Lance has been helping people find hope and healing for nearly 15 years. Armed with a wealth of experience in understanding the complexities of individuals' lives, Lance seamlessly weaves his background in non-profit work with his clinical skillset. His unique perspective allows him to address mental health challenges with a holistic approach, understanding that external circumstances often intertwine with emotional well-being. Lance offers services to individuals and couples seeking resolution in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, spiritual issues, men’s issues, and navigating life transitions.

Lance is a gifted public speaker with hundreds of hours of speaking experience. He is able to communicate complex concepts regarding mental health in simple terms and help people to implement these teachings into their day-to-day lives. He travels frequently around the Greater Seattle area and Washington state to teach at large events.
