Meet Jaclyn

ABOUT ME

Meet Jaclyn.

Let’s be honest – you’re a smart, capable person who probably would have figured out how to fix things already if you could have. I care about implementing the things you haven’t yet tried, while amplifying your strengths that already work. My journey to becoming a counselor started with a passion to help people with life’s difficulties. I focus on creating a safe place for you to feel known, while integrating evidenced-based techniques with your personal values.

I can be a little goofy. Therapy doesn’t need to be super serious, all the time.
I tend carefully and graciously with everything you bring to session.
I want you to leave feeling empowered: You are incredibly capable of enacting change in your life.
Peace is my catalyst for change. I believe it is possible for you too.
